Marie Inferrera Holmdal, Principal

With more than 20 years experience as a communications professional with a variety of firms ranging from midsize to Fortune 500, Marie recently formed M&M Communications to offer marketing communications and public relations services to business owners and managers who want to grow their business.

Marie gained extensive experience in marketing communications and corporate communications with Atlantic City Electric Company, Mays Landing, NJ, and Rohm and Haas Company, Philadelphia, PA. Her experience includes a multi-year brand awareness image campaign, new product launches, and in-house creative services team management.

Most recently, Marie was Director of Marketing for Godwin Pumps, a privately held, worldwide equipment manufacturer with headquarters in Bridgeport, NJ, and Gloucestershire, England. Reporting directly to the president, Marie managed marketing communications, media relations, media buying, employee communications, and special projects. Highlights include:

• The addition of a public relations program to build brand awareness and position the company as the leader in the industry
• The development of an image advertising campaign to differentiate the company and support a leadership position
• The creation of an in-house marketing and communications team to offer full services to internal clients and distributors
• The global integration of two cultures existing at headquarters on two continents
  

An exceptional communicator, Marie works successfully with a diverse group of people. She is a “hands-on” leader with a “can do” attitude, and has a proven track record of multi-tasking successfully under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In the community, Marie has volunteered her time to the Ronald McDonald House, American Paralysis Association, and Literacy Volunteers of Gloucester County.
